1) Membership
You must be a private individual seeking a genuine monogamous relationship. You must be over the age of 18 and seeking a person over the age of 18. You must also be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of the country you reside in. By using this site you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You will be asked to confirm that you meet these criteria for eligibility. If there is evidence that you have given false information, HyderabadMatrimony.com may terminate this agreement. You agree to receive emails from HyderabadMatrimony.com.
2) Extent of Agreement
These terms and conditions will operate while you use the site and are a member thereof. The terms hereof contain the entire agreement between you and HyderabadMatrimony.com. You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by writing to HyderabadMatrimony.com at info@HyderabadMatrimony.com. If a term hereof is held to be of no effect, the other terms will continue to operate in effect.
3) Private only use by Members
The Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial/business undertaking. This includes providing links to other websites, whether competitive to HyderabadMatrimony.com or otherwise. Organizations, companies and/or businesses are not eligible to become members of HyderabadMatrimony.com and should not use the HyderabadMatrimony.com site or service for any reasons whatsoever.
